Due to the fact that ordering boots online and achieving the proper fit tends to be very difficult, we have devised our own order and return policy. When ordering boots, we advise you to contact us with the “normal” size that you purchase on a regular basis. We will then send you one boot in that size, along with another boot one size smaller. Due to the fact that our boots are manufactured in Spain, they only come in whole sizes and tend to run large. You will receive your shipment along with a return label from UPS. Once you have selected the proper fitting boot, we will arrange for a pickup of the unwanted boot, and ship out the mate to the one you want to keep. At that time, you will be charged for your order, and ONE shipping fee. If for any reason you decide not to purchase either boot, you will be charged for the initial shipment. No return fees will be charged.
All returned products will be exchanged or refunded upon our receipt of the item in unused condition, or if product defect is determined. We reserve the right to determine if excessive use or abuse to the product has occurred.
All products will be shipped UPS ground and arrive within three to five business days, unless other arrangements have been made. Your satisfaction and comfort is priority #1!
